Chloroprene rubber can be used in the manufacture of tire sidewall, heat resistant conveyor belt, oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of hose, container lining, gasket, rubber roller, rubber plate, automobile and tractor fittings, doors and windows sealing strip, rubber dam, building waterproof materials and flame retardant rubber adhesive, etc.Ding Ji rubber (IIR) Ding Ji rubber has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, ozone aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It can be used for a long time at 150~170 C, and the heat resistance limit can reach 200 c. It has excellent electrical insulation property, good cold resistance, and still can keep soft at low temperature of -50. It can be used to make light colored products. It has outstanding air tightness and heat resistance. It can also produce acid and alkali corrosion products and all kinds of sealing products with heat resistance and water resistance.
      Ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) rubber has excellent aging resistance and is the best in current universal rubber. Weather resistance is also very good, can be used in the sun, wet, cold natural environment for a long time. There is no cracking after three years of sun exposure in the sun.Excellent heat resistance, under the temperature of 150 DEG C can be used for a long time, intermittent use of resistant to high temperature of 200 DEG C. The water absorbability is small, so the electric performance of the immersion is very good. For a variety of polar chemicals and acids and bases, except for strong acid, the performance changes little after long time contact. Ethylene propylene rubber is mainly used in the fields of aging, water resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation. It is also very suitable for Wharf buffers, bridge cushions, waterproof materials and various kinds of rubber plates and protective sleeves.It can also make all kinds of car parts. High performance silicon rubber, excellent low temperature, temperature range of -100 to 350 DEG C; excellent resistance to ozone aging resistance, aging, light aging and weathering properties; excellent electrical insulation properties, its corona resistance and arc resistance is very good, the corona resistant lifespan is 1000 times of PTFE. Arc life is 20 times of fluorine rubber; the surface of the silicone rubber than most organic materials is low, therefore, it has low hygroscopicity, long immersed in water and the water absorption rate is only about 1%, the physical and mechanical properties is not decreased, good antifungal properties, in addition, many materials it is not sticky, can be isolated. Silicone rubber is tasteless, nontoxic, and has no adverse effects on human body. It has excellent physiological inertia and physiological aging properties. High permeability has excellent air permeability, and its permeability to nitrogen, oxygen and air at room temperature is 30~40 times higher than that of NR.Silicone rubber has unique comprehensive properties, enabling it to be successfully applied to other rubber applications. It solves many technical problems and meets the needs of modern industry and daily life. Silicone rubber can be used for automotive parts, electronic accessories, aerospace sealing products, building industry's bonding joints, household electrical appliances sealing rings, medical artificial organs, catheter and so on. Fluoro rubber (FPM) fluoro rubber generally has high tensile strength and hardness, but the elasticity is poor. It can work at 250 C for a long time and work at 300 C for a short time, and it has excellent corrosion resistance. He is superior to all kinds of rubber in terms of stability of organic liquids (fuel oil, solvent, hydraulic medium, etc.), concentrated acid (nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), high concentration hydrogen peroxide and other strong oxidants. Fluorine rubber has excellent high temperature resistance to steam. The cold resistance is poor and the permeability is low in rubber, but the effect of fluororubber on sunlight, ozone and weather is very stable.For example, after 10 years of natural aging, the vulcanizate can maintain good performance. The fluoro rubber can burn with the flame, but it goes out automatically after leaving the flame, so the fluorine rubber belongs to the self extinguishing rubber. The electrical insulation of fluoro rubber is not so good that it is suitable for low frequency and low voltage applications. Fluoro rubber has excellent vacuum resistance. The physical and mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomers are excellent, so they are generally used in products with high performance requirements, such as wear-resistant products, high strength and oil resistant products, and high hardness and high modulus products.Like solid tire, rubber roller, rubber belt, all kinds of mold products, shoe soles, heels, oil resistant and cushion sealing washer, couplings are available to manufacture polyurethane rubber. Because the fluorine rubber has high temperature resistance, oil, acid and alkali resistance, high vacuum and a variety of chemicals that make it in modern aviation, missiles, rockets, space flight, ship, atomic energy and other cutting-edge technology and automotive, shipbuilding, chemical, petroleum, telecommunications, instrumentation, machinery and other industrial sectors have been applied.
